Moscow Death Brigade – Boltcutter

It took me a long time to get around to this record – Primarily because I am not at all sure why this was sent to us here at Metal Revolution. By the bands own admission, Moscow Death Brigade is a band that was a result of the mixture of more or less every genre out there: Techno, Dance, Hip-Hop, Rap and Metalcore – Resulting in what they themselves call ‘Circle Pit Hip-Hop’.

To my untrained ears, however, this is very similar to what I have learned to associate with Rap (and nothing even remotely resembling any of the genres that I usually indulge in). As such I am completely unqualified to pass judgement on this record – Nor do I believe that it is a job for us here at Metal Revolution.
